Primary Responsibilities: The United Arc, a leading provider of services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families in Franklin, Hampshire, Hampden, Berkshire and Worcester counties of Massachusetts, is seeking a dynamic individual that will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations for an assigned program with primary concern for health and safety of individuals or families being served, fiscal responsibility, staff training and development, compliance with state and federal regulations, licensing and contracts to ensure quality program and service delivery, sound fiscal administration, ongoing supervision and training of staff, safety and security, facility management, business and community relations and resource development. Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree, Masters preferred, in Social Work, Human Services or related discipline.

· Minimum three years’ experience working with families and individuals with special needs, with at least one-year supervisory experience, preferably in a nonprofit environment.

· Demonstrated ability in personnel supervision and recruitment as well as retention of qualified personnel.

· Experience in community outreach and program oversight.

· Demonstrated knowledge of computers and computer software applications.

· Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

· Acceptable driving record, valid driver’s license and access to an automobile.

This is the perfect job for you if you are a parent that needs to be home during the day for remote learning and/or childcare, or if you are a college student enrolled in daytime classes. Available shifts: Sunday through Wednesday, 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM Thursday through Saturday, 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM Minimum Qualifications:

Clinician:

Job Description: The United Arc is seeking a dynamic, team-oriented individual to provide its clinical services. Primarily responsible for providing clinical services for the individuals and families we serve. Preparation and implementation of behavior plans, clinical assessments and services, participating in critical psychiatric appointments, attending required individual and team meetings, and providing training and support for staff, individuals, and caregivers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology or related clinical disciplines; or within one year of attaining.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW),
  • Licensed Psychologist, or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or within three years of attaining.
  • Minimum two years’ experience working with families and individuals with special needs preferably in a nonprofit environment. Specific education/experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA),
  • Functional Behavior Analysis (FBA), development and implementation of behavior intervention plans, medication treatment plans, data collection and analysis and the oversight and training of staff regarding same.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of computers and computer software applications.
